The manager Dwight is very rude and decided to make his own policies and go against flagstar standard protocol. When I brought it to his attention he was very rude and unwilling to help.
Greatest Flagstar in the area!! Dwight is the best bet rest of the staff is really great too!
Dwight and manager keep me coming to this location specifically. Excellent customer service all the time!
The manager at this location is unprofessional and problematic. I will never go to this location again because of her.
