Terrible customer service at this location. Called ahead about a wire transfer, arrived with all of the information I was told to bring. Etc. Turns out there was more needed than I was told over the phone.... Yay Rather than work through the issue with me I get to hear the manager play blame game. Who cares who fault it is?! Help your customer to get through it. Closed all my accounts, it turns out literally every major bank has better interest rates. Also the Flagstar mobile app is ages behind BoA, USAA, and Wells Fargo....... read more
Both Dwight and Kenna have been a pleasure to deal with here. The hours of this branch allowing later times during the week (until 6) along with weekend hours help make it easy to get the help you need! Flagstar's website may have some login issues from time to time but that is not the fault of this location. They are awesome here!
