Generally this is a great location, but something needs to be done about the drive-up window and ATM being in such close proximity. It wouldn't be bad if there was a sign at the drive up window limiting transactions. There should be a limit of no more than two transactions or the customer must go inside. It's very rude to keep ATM customers waiting while the drive up window customer wants to do ten transactions. Either this is an exceptional branch or Flagstar really knows what they are doing. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Great bank as a business owner and married person. Update 2/14/24 I don’t know if this has to do with their recent purchase by a New York bank, but the local branch is no longer invested in helping me with my 3 accounts. Corporate representatives are clueless, and our debit cards keep getting blocked for normal transactions.
