Either this is an exceptional branch or Flagstar really knows what they are doing. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Great bank as a business owner and married person. Update 2/14/24 I don’t know if this has to do with their recent purchase by a New York bank, but the local branch is no longer invested in helping me with my 3 accounts. Corporate representatives are clueless, and our debit cards keep getting blocked for normal transactions. I love working with Fenton Flagstar Bank. Everyone are kind, courteous and very helpful.
We've never had a problem here so we keep using their services. It's been a while since we started with them so that is saying a lot about our trust and their integrity IMO
