I’ve had a frustrating experience with Flagstar Bank in 15 mile sterling heights. They made an error when depositing my check, putting in the wrong amount instead of what was actually written. On top of that, trying to make any changes to my account has been nothing but a hassle. The customer service has been unhelpful, and I’ve had to go through unnecessary obstacles just to get basic things corrected. I expected better accuracy and service from a bank, but this has been a huge inconvenience.
