Friendly helpful staff.
I don't know what's going on with all these ATM's with this location being the worst for not working!! But last night I was trying to deposit money in my account to cover a bill that had a late fee if it didnt get paid yesterday. So this ATM location was my first stop being the closest to me and like normal it wasn't working!! So I head over to the Cooley lk location where the ATM worked but wouldn't let me deposit money. Always been a great experience. Is my bank for over 20 years. Thank You manager Zack & Zahid, thank you Rama, and Brian for always being helpful. All of you are are very nice and caring to me. I have been a customer since 2003 when I bought my house through Flagstar, having paid off my home equity loan and is the best bank and location for me now into the future.
Went in to open an account and the staff were super friendly and helpful, chatted with the branch manager Zack and he was very insightful and charming. Looking forward to coming back in.
