I think that it's very inconvenient that the bank no longer has a late night. For those like me who doesn't get off work until 5pm, we no longer have the option to visit the bank branch at 6. Yes, the atm is available but can an ATM help with banking issues or if I needed a cashier check? NO... I'm very disappointed in the change and plan on switching my primary banking to a company who thinks more about their clients
Not this location but the bank in general sucks!!! They put a restriction on my card like every week and you have to call and dispute it over the phone and there’s no way around it. They hold half of your check or more for 3 days after you deposited it. The app sucks and I’ve never been able to hook up Apple Pay with them for whatever reason. Just go anywhere else.

Ruzha and her team at the Waterford branch are top notch! Definitely recommend going in to see her, she will save you money when she can and has great customer service. I actually drive past another branch to go to this one!
