I need help. I've had a first lien HELOC since 2020. Upon the sale of my loan to Mr. Cooper, my account has experienced 100's of undefined transactions, totaling a depletion of my equity of over $165,000. My inquiry was met by hours of the run around...Flagstar sending my to Mr.Cooper, Mr. Copper sending me back to Flagstar. I’ve been working with 4 Flagstar locations over the past 15 years at different home and business addresses. The staff at this location regularly goes out of their way to accommodate my small business requests. Sometimes, I have to pester them with small requests frequently, but I’ve received nothing but positive professional service. I refer everyone to Flagstar and especially the Big Beaver one for this reason
Cameron keeps lieing to my 70+ yr old mom to get her to deposit more dollars and opening new accounts. He/Flagstar then keep charging fees on her accounts. Their focus on "new money" makes me think Flagstar is in a precarious position financially in addition to having underhanded tactics. Fair warning to all.
