I’ve been working with 4 Flagstar locations over the past 15 years at different home and business addresses. The staff at this location regularly goes out of their way to accommodate my small business requests. Sometimes, I have to pester them with small requests frequently, but I’ve received nothing but positive professional service. I refer everyone to Flagstar and especially the Big Beaver one for this reason
Cameron keeps lieing to my 70+ yr old mom to get her to deposit more dollars and opening new accounts. He/Flagstar then keep charging fees on her accounts. Their focus on "new money" makes me think Flagstar is in a precarious position financially in addition to having underhanded tactics. Fair warning to all.
I am not a flag star customer. However, I used their ATM to get some cash and went back inside to get change. I just needed quarters to do laundry at my hotel (the hotel run out of quarters after a busy weekend). Anyway, the “banker” there said they only give change to Flagstar customer. For real? It was a reminder why I think banking has changed beyond repair. And obviously, it was a missed sale. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Bryan Barnes was fine at first, but when it came time to make an offer, he was unreliable, rude, and horrible with communication. I contacted his manager to report and asked to assigned a new lender. His manager assured me I would be contacted by one by the end of the day, a week later and still nothing. Ended up financing through my local credit union instead.
