The manager here, Benjamin Chauvin may have his NMLS license, but he is clueless about our First Amendment rights. Do you really want someone like Ben who is ignorant and wasteful of our emergency service phone lines to represent you as a lender?
The manager is clueless and spineless about his emotions and his understanding of the First Amendment. He and his staff also are bad at customer service.
Watch out if you enter here with your car. Make sure to turn off any sort of dashcam or anything. They will call the police if you are recording outsitde, even if there is no crime and just taxpayer money wasted in the end. Very unpleasant experience, I will take my banking elsewhere.
Worst bank I have ever dealt with since they where bought. My cards where all shut off with no explanation. The only thing I got out of them is that I didn't inform them I was traveling out of state and I informed them that I live out of state and the response was ohh. They said something about fraud but couldn't tell me what fraud or go over the charges to see if there was even fraud. They are extremely knowledgeable and very respectful of your time. It is a huge breath of fresh air to finally find a bank and branch that clearly will do everything in their power to help you as fast as possible.
