For example, one day I went into the bank, very upset about some financial problems. Lisa was the banker who assisted me. Though she could not solve my problem at the time, she listened and offered advice. The next time I went into Flagstar, LIsa came up to me and asked how things were and if things were getting any better. I really appreciated that kindness.
