I have had the worst experience with Flagstar. These last few weeks have been unnecessarily stressful due to the CONTINUOUS hold, restrictions and online banking issues. Three times I've been at the point of sale in my purchase and my card didn't work (money was available), it got to the point where I had to leave the restaurant to go to the bank to get cash to pay for my food. Rachel Pritchard, branch manager, is the best banker I have ever worked with. She is a pro x 100, has perfect attention to detail, and authenticity cares. I trust her with my finances, my business goals and sometimes I make up reasons to visit the branch just to say hi. I would recommend Rachel, and Flagstar bank, 100%.
