I have dealt with Rachel Prichard numerous times over the last year and I’m not the type of person that writes many reviews but she deserves recognition for ALWAYS going above and beyond expectations. Further, she is professional, extremely knowledgeable, positive, polite, and works diligently to ensure the customer’s questions and concerns are thoroughly addressed. Flagstar is fortunate to have her !!
I have had the worst experience with Flagstar. These last few weeks have been unnecessarily stressful due to the CONTINUOUS hold, restrictions and online banking issues. Three times I've been at the point of sale in my purchase and my card didn't work (money was available), it got to the point where I had to leave the restaurant to go to the bank to get cash to pay for my food. Rachel Pritchard, branch manager, is the best banker I have ever worked with. She is a pro x 100, has perfect attention to detail, and authenticity cares.
