Rachel Pritchard, branch manager, is the best banker I have ever worked with. She is a pro x 100, has perfect attention to detail, and authenticity cares. I trust her with my finances, my business goals and sometimes I make up reasons to visit the branch just to say hi. I would recommend Rachel, and Flagstar bank, 100%.
I have been using Flagstar for a little while and have a multiple of accounts there. Very rude black lady I spoke too.Unprofessional.I was also lied too on my payment arrangement that was supposed to bring my payments up to date.It was all a big fat lie!!!!Do not do any business with these crooks!!!!!
