Horrible branch. They just lie to you. Use a different location.
Went to cash a check and the bank said they didn’t have enough money. It was for $8.5k. How does a bank (which only job is to take and receive money) not have money to cash a check? Completely useless company, nobody explained much else as to why they could cash it. Will be changing banks immediately. Do your job or quit
Stay far away from this bank, the manager doesn't know how to do her job correctly!! I would recommend literally any other place in the area to bank with besides here.
Just really irritated with the sign that states 24 atm in lobby (the first door) but the door will not open for the atm...
Last week at the drive thru I requested a one hundred dollar bill but received two fifty dollar bills! Yesterday I went into the branch while depositing money into my account and requested a one hundred dollar bill and received it . Today at the drive thru while banking I asked for two one hundred dollars bills but received 10 twenty dollars bills. So I had to go into the branch and request two one hundred dollars bills.
