They deducted someone else’s house payment from my checking account (which caused me to receive an overdraft fee). They then made me jump through all these hoops to get the money back when it was their error in the first place!!! They never apologized for the huge mess they created, that was the last straw for me!!! After everything was settled I closed out my checking & savings accounts. Lesson learned...stick with credit unions!
