Absolutely worst branch. Do not go here if you have anything other than a flagsrltar debit card. It will eat your card. Then they will refuse to give it back because it's not flagstar card so you will be without a debit card. Horrible customer service.
My father went to this location and spoke to Kasey and she was able to resolve all his issues related to online banking. He spends a significant amount of time outside of the country and is not the best with computers, there have been ongoing issues with his online banking access for years and Kasey, after several past attempts, was the only one to propose and implement a solution. Much appreciated, as this has also saved me time and energy as I am also on my dad's account. Thanks!!!
