Lies and bait n switch. They took 2 months to long on a private sale home. The seller walked away due to the wait. In addition, I was lied to 12 times. Some lies were serious. For example, I was told I was pre qualified by the loan officer; however, the processor stated my info was never even submitted. I was told after 20 days that I could give my 30 day notice. Bad idea. Now I have a rental unit and a hotel. Be smart and learn from my mistake, not your own. I lost my dream home due to thier work ethics and morals.
The bak tellers are very friendly but the service is slow. The bak could use some help in keeping records straght. Overall its an okay place to bank
