I think I will be closing all of my Flagstar accounts. I’m not quite sure yet. They keep buying other banks with corporate accounts as their goal and they keep taking away from the personal banking experiences. They closed the bank on Brown st. They closed one in Ann Arbor. They just keep taking away more and more from personal banking. They’re only open until 1pm on Saturdays and not all locations are open on Saturday. I do not remember the exact company Flagstar sold out to but I have had the worst banking experience since then. Just yesterday the whole system was down. I was at Sam's Club trying to Christmas shop and get groceries. Cant even get the things I needed because my debit card did not work. I wake up this morning Flagstar debited my Sams Club purchase twice out of my account and I could not walk out of there with any of it. Its Christmas time are you kidding me.
