I absolutely would of rated this a 5 star and was considering it to be more than 5 stars up until 2 weeks ago when I had went in and had a certain employee take care of me. She was extremely rude I had never dealt with her before but had seen her in there multiple times. I closed my business about 2 years ago and started getting bills recently for loans i never took out. I went to Flagstar since that was where one of the loans was taken out of. I tried to explain I just wanted paper work on who took out the loan since I found out my bookkeeper was taking the loans out without my knowledge. They told me i can only dispute it within 2 months of the loan. I did not want to dispute the loan since it was already paid off. They actually closes at 4pm. I found out when I arrived there at 4:09pm and the doors were closed. That's unfortunate
