A good customer service.
I absolutely would of rated this a 5 star and was considering it to be more than 5 stars up until 2 weeks ago when I had went in and had a certain employee take care of me. She was extremely rude I had never dealt with her before but had seen her in there multiple times. I normally walk up to the counter when I go in but this particular day I was told to go to one of the desks where you sit down at and employees take care of you at their desks. I closed my business about 2 years ago and started getting bills recently for loans i never took out. I went to Flagstar since that was where one of the loans was taken out of. I tried to explain I just wanted paper work on who took out the loan since I found out my bookkeeper was taking the loans out without my knowledge. They told me i can only dispute it within 2 months of the loan. I did not want to dispute the loan since it was already paid off.
