I’ve been with this flagstar since I’ve had a banking account. Since flagstar switched their credit card “responsibilities” over to FNBO, I have had to do a password reset every single time I have to log in, because my passwords don’t save for them for some reason?? Not to mention their customer service not even having my email on file despite having a person over the phone reset my password and make sure my email is on file 3 TIMES!!!! I literally have no way of paying off my credit card besides waiting on the phone for 30 ... read more

I switched to Flagstar Bank a few years ago, and it was the best decision I ever made. The personalized service I receive makes me feel that this bank actually cares, very different from my experiences at other banks. Best banking experience around!
