If I could give them a -10 I would. I have had accounts at Flagstar in Brighton for years. I always run my checking low and have a healthy balance in my savings. Have had alerts set up so if my checking got below $300 I would receive a text alert and I would transfer funds. Well, with one of their banking system updates my alerts were blown out and over this past weekend I was billed almost $100 for the bank to electronically transfer money from my savings to my checking. HORRIBLE at THIS BRANCH!!!!!!
