If I could give them a -10 I would. I have had accounts at Flagstar in Brighton for years. I always run my checking low and have a healthy balance in my savings. Have had alerts set up so if my checking got below $300 I would receive a text alert and I would transfer funds. Well, with one of their banking system updates my alerts were blown out and over this past weekend I was billed almost $100 for the bank to electronically transfer money from my savings to my checking. HORRIBLE at THIS BRANCH!!!!!! I have been a customer for approximately 5 years mostly at another branch.Recently I was discussing something with a polite teller at this branch.We were in a cubicle when another teller burst in,picked up my drivers license,and (in a nasty tone of voice)asked what I was doing there.We were both shocked.I reported this incident to the Troy Mi.headquarters.They told me that they would have a field manager contact me.The next day I was contacted by the Brighton branch manager instead.She denied th... read more
