I had a very relaxing and enjoyable visit to Flagstaff Skincare Med Spa. Keri gave me a beautiful lash curl and tint and brow tint. Love it!!!! I highly recommend it.
I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel the need to explain my negative experience at this spa. I reached out to Kati, the owner, twice via email to voice my concerns and no one replied back to me. So, I have decided to write this review. I had an appointment on Monday at 2:50pm for a custom facial. This was my first time to the spa. Kayla was my esthetician. She seemed very nice. The problems began when I got on the table. I'm new in town so I didn't know anything about FSMS. I was pleased to be able to book a last minute appointment for a brow waxing. The space is spotless and very relaxing, and the service is excellent. I will absolutely be booking my next facial here.
