Flagship Marine is outstanding! Steve in Parts went above and beyond to help me source hard-to-find A/C parts for an obsolete compressor. He spent the time to ensure every detail was right and even followed up with a call. My order arrived securely packaged and — impressively — in under a week from Florida to the West Coast. Amazing experience. Their support team is the best. Steve listened and help address my needs which were challenging. I was replacing two (48,000 btu) chillers for a 1984 Broward Yacht. We installed a 16,500 BTU self-contained Flagship unit in our 34’ Mainship over 10 years ago. We have not had any problems with it, and It cooled well at night, but couldn’t keep up with our Louisiana mid-90’s summer days. We installed a second unit, a 9,000 BTU unit. Sales rep Steve was extremely helpful in answering all of my technical installation questions. This 2nd unit dropped the temperature over 10 degrees in the middle of our summer days. We could not be more pleased with Steve and Flagship Marine.

I just met the team down at Flagship Marine for the first time. I was having an issue with my Webasto 16k. They are incredibly honest and knowledgeable. They took in my unit and tested it the same day. They knew I would but a new in stock unit that day if they could not get mine working. Instead, they were able to get my unit working with minimal effort and sent me home free of charge. That is pretty unheard of in the marine industry. Called Flagship about a problem with a relay replacement and talked with Steve. He is a very helpful guy that knows the equipment well. He advised me on some tips on wire sizing that will be helpful and also steered me into the problem area --- within a few minutes the cold air was cooling my boat.
