Flagship Marine made the purchase process simple and stress-free. Steve in parts helped coordinate the shipment of a 24,000 BTU AC unit to Detroit and kept me updated throughout the process. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
I installed a 9,000 BTU unit in my Mainship 34 last summer and began having problems with it shutting down intermittently a couple months ago. I talked with Steve at Flagship Marine. Amazing experience. Their support team is the best. Steve listened and help address my needs which were challenging. I was replacing two (48,000 btu) chillers for a 1984 Broward Yacht. We installed a 16,500 BTU self-contained Flagship unit in our 34’ Mainship over 10 years ago. We have not had any problems with it, and It cooled well at night, but couldn’t keep up with our Louisiana mid-90’s summer days. We installed a second unit, a 9,000 BTU unit. Sales rep Steve was extremely helpful in answering all of my technical installation questions. This 2nd unit dropped the temperature over 10 degrees in the middle of our summer days. We could not be more pleased with Steve and Flagship Marine.
