Horrible company. Flagship repossess my truck while I was deployed even tho my payments where current and up to date. Then told me a had two weeks to pay them 890 dollars just to release the vehicle after telling them I was overseas had no way of getting it. Funny they picked up my truck after me paying 5000 on the loan leaving 2000 left until it was paid off. Crappie company.
Don’t ever expect to fall on hard times of hardship they won’t let you defer even one payment . I’ve had multiple car loans and I only had to defer one time when I was pregnant and ally financial let me do 3 months and everyone I know that has deferred with their car loans . This company only cares about money money money no breaks . Get a loan through someone else And if you’re reading this I have never missed a payment or been late I have paper receipts to prove this
