$4.50 to make an online payment is absurd.
They are trash. The APR is way too high. They pocket most of your money by taking mostly interest out of your payments and when I told customer support; all she told me was make your payments on time. Which I’d been doing for a year. 0/10 would never recommend 💯
This place is the most horrible place to go thru! If u get a car loan and its thru them decline it, that r heartless and dont care about u or ur situation. A supervisor called me and everything was worked out but now they r blowing me up again this month. Im the try of person i will go off proudly on a recorded line if the rep is to damn stupid to understand me. I am writing to dispute the repossession entry reported on my credit report. I recently discovered that the you failed to properly notify me of the vehicle’s sale, as required under Illinois law. Because of this violation, the deficiency balance and any negative reporting associated with this repossession may be inaccurate and unfairly damaging my credit report.
