It was easy to set up my portal access. And easy to navigate once in the portal. Very happy with the ease of doing business with flagship credit.
This company has been extremely difficult to deal with. There was constant miscommunication, and the staff came across as rude and unprofessional. My concerns were not handled properly, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. I’m very disappointed and will be looking into my options moving forward. I strongly recommend others do their research before doing business with this company.
Not blaming them but they saw me in a bad situation and all I ask was to refinance for a smaller payment and was denied. I make all my payments on time!
The interest rates are insane. Their reps are always on a defense likely bc they know they are crap. I called for interest rates and payoff before the rep would even answer he’s asking me where I work, can they call my employer, etc.
They will screw you over for your last two payments. I have been making my payments on time six years and at the end of my term, I was struck by another car, causing the insurance to total it out. The person that was at faults insurance paid around $5,000 of my $6,200 remaining. In which I was told to look out for paperwork for the last $1,400 that would either write it off as totaled or lower my payment significantly considering that I no longer have the car leaving me jobless.
