I hate this company with a passion, you don’t have to be 30 days and they sending letters about repossessions, calling after payment arrangements have been made 4-5 times a day etc, also let’s not talk about how unprofessional the customer services representatives are telling you what days come first and asking why you pay on that day like that crap is annoying..oh lets not forget I told them I was out of work for almost 6 months due to health issues last year 2024 and they still called even while I was paying what I could w... read more

Stopped taking my automatic payment when they upgraded to the new account numbers and made me miss 2 payments before I caught and now it reflects on my credit score

Please do not get a loan with this company. They are a complete joke. I’ve been calling to get a 10 day payout letter for my car for TWO WEEKS now and every time someone tells me it’s going to be 24-72 business hours to receive. I’ve called a total of 5 times and I have yet to receive any email. The customer service team isn’t doing their job, out of 5 different people that I’ve spoken with they haven’t done anything to help.
