I purchased a custom flag from them last year, around April, for around $160. For over a year, I flew the flag out at the Moose Rugby Grounds when we hosted colleges or the men's senior side. Over that time, I believe the flag was flown approximately 60 times. The flag is absolutely destroyed. When I took it in for them to look at it and make things right, I was told they would give me 25% off another flag. So instead of replacing the flag, they wanted another $120 for another flag.
We had trouble with a solar light we purchased from them and they took care of it and put smiles on my wife and my faces. Thank a Million. Remember “ Buy Local”
My husband bought a new flag and flag pole that spins so the flag doesn't wrap around the flag pole. It has bearings that help the flag fly free.
