The moment I walked into this place, I was pleasantly greeted and helped with finding the flags I was looking for. They have great quality items at fair prices. What got my money was the lady working there knew her stuff and took the time to help me understand the quality difference with the more pricy flags and why they're worth having since they hold up better outdoors. I went with the decorative flag for now, but will definitely return when I need a new outdoor flag.
The people are rude and the prices are completely ridiculous! Don't waste your time, just buy it online.

The girl that was working a few days or a week before Christmas gave the best service I have received from someone in a long time! She was perfect on the phone when I called to check on inventory and pricing for a light for my flagpole. Then when I arrived she knew about all the choices I had and demonstrated them. Even had extra knowledge and personal experiences to share when I asked questions. I asked about a flag and she she walked me over to the area where the one I looking for was located and gave me the details on it.... read more
