Lack of communication, cost 2 times more with fair discount and no veterans discounts compared to other veteran owned companies. When purchased we were told that they would bring the pole which was to come with the flag, out with them at install. No pole no flag. Then one guy said " we hope we won't have to come back out there". I had pay another 200 for install when we thought it was included in the price.
