This was my first time doing hypnotherapy and I loved it! I wasn't sure what to expect but Jerry did a great job making the whole experience easy and comfortable. We focused on hypnosis for athletic performance. On race day, I felt focused, calm and ready to compete. My mental state has never been better going into an event. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is a competitive athlete. I look forward to using these skills during my training and in future competitions.

Jerry helped me work through my grief after my father died. This was my first experience with hypnotherapy and he made the process painless. I especially like the recording of my first session which I still use to practice mindfulness and to recenter myself from time to time. I highly recommend you visit Jerry and allow him to help you overcome the barriers you are facing to the life you want to be living.

35 year smoker that has tried everything to quit from acupuncture to chantix. My sister, who I never thought would quit smoking, went to Jerry a year ago and is now a successful non-smoker.
