I joined the Y to workout and to spend time with family... The Y used to be Family Oriented, but now it is more of a Fitness Business... My daughter is 9, and she does not care for the "Kids Center". She wanted to "watch" me work out. BUT, they said due to age, she can not go in that area. Then the other day I went, alone, to work out. For about four weeks I have been going 304 times a week.
