Have purchased Annin Tough Tex flags for years from this company - most recently they sent me a flag made by Eder which is called “poly-max” instead of a Tough Tex flag as shown on my receipt and order - I requested a return and returned it as it is not the product I ordered - they refuse to provide a full refund and want to argue that Tough Tex is all the same no matter who makes the flag. Horrible holiday planning. Absolutely no 250th anniversary flags or banners or anything prior to the 4th of July. The in store merchandise was a sad look for once was once the best patorit store in Central Arkansas.
