Bought a Tough-Tec Flag in April 2024. One year later, ends of flag are ripping. I thought I bought a superior product but unfortunately, it does not live up to the the standard this company claims to uphold. Called customer service, and there is no warranty or anything they can do about it. Will not buy again.
