Bought a Tough-Tec Flag in April 2024. One year later, ends of flag are ripping. I thought I bought a superior product but unfortunately, it does not live up to the the standard this company claims to uphold. Called customer service, and there is no warranty or anything they can do about it. Will not buy again.
The ower is very friendly and if he don't have flag you are looking for , he order it may cost little because it will be a special order. It definitely worth it because there really no where else you can the flags your looking for .
