I have very bad experience with their service and customer service. I took a mortgage from a company which was later transferred to Flagstar by that company due to some reason. Flagstar don't bother to respond your requests for many weeks and even if you follow up they will say it may take another few weeks. Very long processing time for simple things challenge your patience. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM AT ANY COST.
