Great customer service at this location. The website stated they had the Blackstone I wanted but the inventory count was off. They drove to another Ace, picked up the Blackstone and brought it back for me. Couldn’t be happier with how they treat people here. Will always be my go to.
Came in today looking for some thin posts to put some signs on, they had one package of 25pc 2ft bamboo sticks but the package was ripped and a bunch of the sticks had fallen. I came to Peyton at the register with a package that was half full, and asked if maybe we could work something out, because I didn't need 25 of these sticks anway. She promptly found assistance and got me what I needed with 0 issues. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Her service and friendliness will keep me coming back!
They go above and beyond for local/hometown businesses
Cash was super helpful when I needed paint color matched and got the paint matched spot on
Bob , Lindsay and Karly were all so helpful! I always receive help needed when shopping at Ace!
