So sad to see over priced apperal made over seas. When L L Bean follows the Maine's saying "The Way Life Should Be" reflects the state's appeal as a place of natural beauty, a slower pace of life, and a sense of community" There is nothing in that saying about $85 pants made in Indonesia. Freeport is glad, I am sure, for the jobs and income that Bean brings but can you imagine the jobs and pride that an apperal manufacturing plant would bring as well as the US pride that would spark additional sales. Just saying...
They have great products here. And their store has expanded over the years. It is 3 or more buildings now.
