I own and love my two Fjords Rome rocker chairs. One day, one of my chairs stopped reclining. Long story short, it was confirmed that the switch piece was faulty. I went on my long quest to purchase this part. Ended up finding Fjords US contact info on my bill of sale. Note that the company that I had originally purchase the chairs from, in the Ottawa, Ontario region went bankrupt. I wrote to Fjords US customer service, got a response a few days later. So unhappy. Ordered a chair for over $3,000. Worked for 3 days. Then died. We have been trying to get the factory to fix it for 3 months. No luck yet.
Best seating ever tried. Superb, nothing more needed to say.
