amazing Experience
I love the mix of PT and personal training. As someone who is looking to stay active, be smart about training and get stronger in midlife, it’s been a great investment in my current and future health. The team is really knowledgeable and cares about individual goals!
I arrived to fixxed broken, I had just thrown out my back, could barely walk and couldn’t sit down for more than a few minutes at a time. Ariel has changed all that! Within weeks I was feeling so much better and was back to work and my rigorous schedule. I’ve done other physical therapy in the past to deal with back issues but have never had results like this! This is more than some cookie cutter approach and you will surely will not be disappointed.
I've done a lot of physical therapy over the years- some better than others- and Ariel at Fixxed is definitely the best. I don't think I've ever had a physical therapist who was able to pinpoint my very specific areas of concern as well as she has, rather than offering a broader one-size-fits-all approach. Fixxed is definitely the place to go, especially if you've been experienced long term issues that keep coming back even when you've tried other things.
2025 I worked with Dylan to see if dry needling would relieve a trigger point in my right trapezius. The goal was to relieve it and improve my recovery from right rotator cuff surgery. All in all I was very happy with the treatments. The knot got smaller for sure and I slowly recovered from the surgery. Thanks Dylan! Ariel was so helpful today.
