Suffered an Achilles tendon injury on my left during a soccer match 4 months ago. I started working with Ariel 2 months after my injury which was my only regret I didn’t go to her sooner. This place is absolutely amazing. I’ve been struggling with migraines and shoulder/ neck pain for almost 10 years. I’ve been to 7 specialists and have never gotten any answers. With only one session, Dylan had already provided some relief. I’ve been going for a few weeks now and it’s the first time I’ve felt hopeful and had REAL answers. 100% recommend for prenatal and postpartum PT. Ariel helped me to alleviate pelvic pain and safely strengthen my core and lower body during and after pregnancy, which kept me active up until my due date. I think my abs are stronger postpartum than pre pregnancy!
I really enjoy my sessions. I am struggling as many are with those odd creaks and groans we can’t ignore anymore. This is where FIXXED joins the chat.
