After a 14 months of PFPT with other providers and a lot of work with minimal progress, I finally found Ariel and she made such a difference in just 5 sessions. I feel better than I have since I had my daughter, and strong enough to carry another child, which is something I feared I would never be able to say. FIXXED has been amazing, bee dealing with constant back pain for months, not being able to train the way I’d like to and was just upsetting to me. Started seeing Dylan at FIXXED and my back hasn’t felt this good in a long time. As I like to say it, I feel normal again and not thinking about my back. Can get back to do everything I want to do. I love coming here! Dylan, Kris & Ariel are all amazing and so knowledgeable / helpful. I went through a PT program with Kris & Ariel, and now my husband and I come 2x a month for cupping and stretching with Dylan. Dylan always has easy tips to incorporate into my daily life to help with any aches and pains, and he’s helped my husband a lot with his old shoulder injury from playing lacrosse. Thank you Fixxed :)
It has been great to work with Kris these past few months on strengthening my pelvic floor! I learned so much and realized that many other aches and pains were all related. We also worked on cupping and that brought relief to my constant lower back pain. 10/10, would highly recommend!
