Geoff is amazing. He is such a good therapist. He is strong, smart with his hands, understands my tweaks and is an invaluable partner in my training. Can't say enough good things about him.
Man I love this place!!! Been going for a long time. I have had a ton of spirts injuries this place is the bomb. I love the infrared saunas for recovery and detoxification. (Which I used to think was woo woo). Give it a try...
