I'm sorry not to have the name of the efficient person behind the desk who fixed my mobile phone's screen and replaced the battery - all with genuine Samsung parts. The boys at Fixpod went above and beyond to fix my Samsung Note 20. I also took my Apple IPAD and numerous other devices for them to fix including IPhones and Samsung, android phones, OPPO phones that belonged to my relatives. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced....not only did they not fix my phone they made it worse to the point I had to purchase a new one. When I got a diagnosis from apple and proved what they had done, I was told that it was not their problem. Basically they're out to rip you off, stay away at all cost
