After just one session I had significant improvements on an issue that had been giving me grief for months after a surgery and was able to reclaim full mobility which was something I wasn’t sure would ever be able to do. Benny is also a legend and super friendly highly recommended.

I had lower back pain for weeks and nothing was helping. I tried a few massage places, anti-inflammatories, gels… honestly, nothing made a difference. Then I tried myotherapy with Ben. He actually fixed my back. I go to the gym a lot and wasn’t stretching properly, so everything got super tight and felt like I’d injured myself.
