I would recommend Fixlab based on my simple experience. I needed a new battery for my iPhone 13. While they don't carry Apple batteries, I was willing to get an alternative to save a bit of money on my five-year-old phone. They replaced the battery while I waited. Tim, the customer service rep, was polite and took care of the repair in the 20 minutes that he had told me it would take.
Tim was great. Cleaned my phone and my earbuds. I liked talking to him and appreciated his energy!
Fixlab was super helpful when I needed my phone repaired fast to trade it in. They also had the best repair price I could find at local shops. Tim was the employee who helped me; he is very professional and knowledgeable about his work. I would definitely come back if I needed another device repaired. They had my phone ready to go within a day after I brought it in, and I believe that was only because they had to order the screen.
Tim was very nice and they got it fix quick and the price was reasonable I highly recommend the Fixlab in Durham NC
