Highly suspicious experience – avoid this place if you value your privacy. I brought my iPhone in for a simple charging port replacement. The technician insisted on having my passcode/password to ‘test’ the repair, claiming it was necessary to access the phone. When I refused (as it’s a hardware fix and shouldn’t require unlocking my personal data), they outright refused to provide any warranty on the work, saying they couldn’t guarantee it without full access.
