I took my iPhone 11 to FixitUp in Rowlett for a simple screen replacement, and it turned into a terrible experience. Before the repair, my phone worked fine aside from the screen. Face ID worked perfectly and the phone never overheated. After getting it back, Face ID is completely broken and the phone now overheats regularly—issues I NEVER had before bringing it in.
