I just went in to get my charger port cleaned out. The staff was very friendly and I wasn't charged for anything to for that
Absolute scam. Charged me $170 for a charger replacement ($2 part) and proceeded to tell me that not only did he not put it in, but he also would not give me any kind of refund for the “repair.” I get labor fees and diagnostics, but to not do the work that was expected and continue to charge me for the service is unacceptable.
I received the best costumer service, I will be recommending this location to anyone that needs phone repairs!
