Update: The boys saved the day again. I needed a new phone battery ($20 cheaper than Apple would have charged) and a screen repair. I got both for $99, same day, under an hour. 5 stars again! I could not have asked for a better customer service experience than the one I got. Last week I spilled water on my laptops's keyboard and immediately rushed it to to the shop. Love Fixit !! I brought my Galaxy 7 watch that wouldn't pair to my samsung phone. I've had numerous calls with a samsung techs trying to fix the pairing issue over the last 2 weeks and samsung couldn't figure it out. Fixit was able to fix my phone pairing issue in under 15 minutes!!!! My phone and watch are now working!! Thank you!! These guys are the best!
They do good work. My laptop had a hard drive error and needed a new keyboard. They got it squared away. The deposit could be less though.
The people are friendly and very knowledgeable. And where able to help me with my problem. Very fast I only had to wait No longer than 30 minutes. And very affordable. I would recommend them to everyone.
They got my old computer going quickly and the price was reasonable. Very pleased!
