I love the people at FixitNola in Metairie! I accidentally locked myself out of my phone and was unable to do anything about it. I brought it to FixitNola and they had it good as new in less than 5 minutes. And they didn't charge me a dime! Very smart people with excellent customer service. I'll never bring my phones or computer any where else.
I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They are just honest, no b.s. repair experts. Not trying to scam anyone or rip you off. Not fast-talking upcharge tactics. They are nice guys who know their stuff, charge reasonable prices, and are open 7 days a week!! Trust me, you will never go anywhere else.
Can't recommend this place enough. Such attention to detail when dropping off my dad's computer, super courteous and informative! Kept great communication along the whole process and even though they ran into some hiccups they went above & beyond to make sure my dad had a working laptop. Highly recommend this team!
