The people are friendly and very knowledgeable. And where able to help me with my problem. Very fast I only had to wait No longer than 30 minutes. And very affordable. I would recommend them to everyone.
They got my old computer going quickly and the price was reasonable. Very pleased!
Thank you SO SO much Fixit! Everyone was super friendly. They were so understanding and really listened to my problem. Such nice attention to detail! Even better, they fixed my computer and even made sure I had all my updates. Hopefully nothing breaks in the future, but if it does, I know where to go :)
I called 5 places about getting my laptop repaired and the people here came off as the most upfront and honest on the phone. They were friendly in person and had my repair completed in 48 hours. I was charged what I was quoted and would feel comfortable returning for any other phone or pc repairs in the future.
I could not have asked for a better customer service experience than the one I got. Last week I spilled water on my laptops's keyboard and immediately rushed it to to the shop. That afternoon they were able to tell me the scope of the problem and they offered a solution. They ordered me a new part (which took a week...not their fault) and I didn't know how I was going to get my work done in the meantime.
