So I have used them for multiple things. The last few times ive gone was for a galaxy s21. I can afford a new phone, but want to keep this one alive as long as I can to fight against the industry. Anyways they have always done me straight. Sometimes I feel like price is too high other times it seems fair. They have always got me back my device quicker than expected! And I have been probably 7 or times. Fixed my wife and my phones, and her POS laptop.
Brought my desktop in for a repair and they originally said it would take a few days but Cory was able to resolve my issue on the spot, thoroughly recommended fixit repair!
I’ve used these guys before for my old laptop, and for my current one. Last one had water damage (TOTALLY not my fault, BTW), and they fixed it pretty fast, only had to wait 2-3 days. This one that I have currently had been hacked, so I brought it in and my connected external SSD for inspection, and they found nothing and gave it a nice hardware clean. Only had a 1-day wait time, realistically (they were closed for Thanksgiving.) Very nice people, great service, must recommend!!!
