I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how terrible this experience was. I brought my phone in with a small, manageable issue, expecting a professional repair. Instead, this place completely butchered my phone and wasted hours of my time doing it. Not only did they fail to fix the original problem, they somehow managed to create multiple new issues that did not exist before. Me and my husband have fixed multiple phones here and it’s always same day service and done well. I recommend
Phone randomly went black one day and I came here to get my screen fixed. Immediately the next day my screen that they replaced was touching its self. I should of saw the red flag there. They fixed it for free because I was within warranty, however, here Im less than 2 months later with my screen back touching its self. They do not replace your phone with good quality screens. I do not recommend this place.
They signed into my friends Apple account on their iPad and purchased AirPods and a charger for $245. Had it delivered to their address. The police has been notified and charges pressed. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE.
