Worst service ever!! brought in my Galaxy s22 Ultra for a cracked screen replacement for $300. almost 4 months after replacing it, the screen went black. When I removed it from the case, I noticed there was a gap on the left side of the back cover big enough to enter a credit card without prying. I removed the back cover by pulling it out with my hand without any tools, it came right off, the back barley had glue. they didn't even bother to put a new seal when they replaced my screen, now my phone doesn't work. Amazing customer service!! Ray is awesome to work with and I definitely recommend coming here to get your phone or any device fixed.
Wouldn't fix the phone because it didn't pass a battery test. The phone is on and working, but the screen is broken. Their solution was to get a new phone. Guess we just lose a year of memories with it. 👎
I have to say they went above and beyond!! My phone was not an easy fix at all! Ray and the team fixed my phone and I was finally able to trade in it with full credit finally!! Thanks Ray again! I will definitely recommend you guys to others in the future again.
Under new ownership, so ignore previous negative comments. Moe was fantastic. Fixed my broken screen and one of my camera's broken lenses in only an hour and a half while I waited. And the price was at least $100 less than I was quoted elsewhere. Quality service and personnel. I hope I never need any more repairs, but if I do, this is where I will get the job done!
