For about 3 weeks I had been getting continuous calls/voicemails about some penalty abatement program the IRS had supposedly flagged on my tax account. First I shrugged it off as phishing. 3rd week I started entertaining the idea that maybe I did have a tax issue. I called around multiple tax assistance companies to see if I could get any information and to make sure I don’t fall victim to phishing. I spoke with Mr. Crane today and he is the most knowledgeable tax professional i have ever spoken with. He told me of so many options for tax resolution I had no idea about. Now I have the knowledge to solve many of my tax issues without having to deal with the IRS. Highly recommend!!!

We were with them several years! They are very good with our Taxes. Communications was a bit of an issue. But the biggest problem was the major increase in cost increase, $400 to $600, which just took us Senior Citizens and Disabled Veteran out of being able to use them! Bob likes hookibg clients but I believe he must be a catch and release type!
