Please don’t use their services; instead, go to a reputable repair shop. They are untrustworthy, and I seriously question their credibility. We agreed on a date and time, but they never showed up—no updates or apology. All I received were feeble excuses, and only when I threatened to leave a bad review did they suddenly become apologetic. I don’t believe they care about urgent repairs. I needed part of a screen protector removed which was stuck onto the screen as it was on for a long time. I called the number and was politely asked to come to the laboratory which did. I was instantly served and It was done while I waited. It was done in five mins and I was very happy with the job and service received. I would definitely recommend to go to for any mobile needs.5 Star service.
More then a five star service. Arrived within 1hr 30mins of phoning, took less then 30 mins to put a new screen in. Quick, polite and really efficient. Highly recommend.
