I bought a refurbished laptop here! The staff was awesome in helping me set it up and switch it to Spanish. I am super happy with it as it was basically brand new but almost half the cost of a similar one. The processor is way better than the cheap ones at Walmart and I am super stoked to be able to use this for my office work. They even helped me get Microsoft office installed on it! These people are lifesavers! My phone charging port was broken and I needed the files on the phone. They were able to replace the charging port for less than I expected and in half the time they estimated (shipping time estimate). Every staff memeber I dealt with was super friendly and helpful. They confirmed the issue with me before taking the phone in for repairs. Will definitely go back with any electronic I need repaired.
