Great customer service...tech was knowledgeable and he did a great job repairing my phone.
I was completely satisfied with the repair of my phone. I unfortunately had an issue with an unauthorized gratuity being withdrawn from my account. I was able to have this resolved when I was able to be helped by Colin a store employee in the Dover location store. After working with another employee for 4-5 weeks on this matter. with no resolution, Colin was able to resolve my issue in a matter of days. Thank you
