Friendly and helpful. Honestly Fuad was so helpful and was trying to even make sure I wasn’t getting scammed by my provider. He even gave me many options that I could choose from to ultimately fix my phone. Also gets things done QUICK.
I went in with a broken charging port on my iPhone 13 and an hour later he had it fixed and working for me. It was incredibly easy And he’s also just a really nice guy!
