I got charged 300 for my screen replacement and then less then 3 months the phone screen got too lines and went completely black and then I went back thinking they’d fix what’s wrong with it but they said no you have too pay for a new IPhone screen
They successfully backed up all my important information before fixing my computer, which was a huge relief. It’s hard to find a service that you can trust, but these guys always come through. Friendly, professional, and reliable – I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Highly recommend them!
Back in March, I took my Mac in after a coffee spill for repair. When I got it back, the keyboard was destroyed. Instead of addressing the issue, the owner became aggressive and accused me of trying to scam them. I waited until now to post this because of how unpleasant and intimidating the interaction was. I was left out of pocket and with a worse-off device.
