I handed in my high-spec Microsoft Surface on Saturday, 8 August, due to a black-screen issue. I was told I’d receive an update within 2 days, but I never received a call and had to follow up every time. On Monday, I was told it was a motherboard issue, repair would cost $430, and takes around 5 days. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing service! I had an issue with my laptop charger and the guy there took the time to have a look at it. He managed to fix it quickly using a simple pen and, best of all, he didn’t even charge me. Really friendly, helpful, and honest service. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing laptop repairs or advice.
