Absolutely disgraceful experience. My 70-year-old dad, was charged $390 to fix the back glass and replace the battery in his iPhone 12 Pro Max, and paid a premium to get a "genuine" Apple battery. When I checked soon after, the battery health was still at 76% proving it had never been replaced. Apple later confirmed the original battery was still in the phone. Fantastic service, found the issue, was able to fix my battery and also my speaker within the same day. My phone wasn’t charging and I thought I lost everything. It’s now working back to normal.

After calling in advance to check if they could replace my screen I dropped it off to be told 2 hours later they don't have a proper screen. Also $100 mor than the next quote for a proper screen with finger print reader
