Replacement iPad battery lead to a faulty screen and now 4 weeks later the iPad doesn’t work at all, can’t even plug it in for a ‘restore’. Quote was $100 cheaper than the other store like this in Ocean Keys, should have known it was too good to be true with the reviews but we took a gamble as the iPad was getting old.

Never visit this store. I had an Ipad repaired screen and home button. Within 1 week button started falling off. Took it back, they then claimed it was all good. Another 2 months later button is completly sliding under the screen. Took it back today 12th January at 15:30. They refused to help as I didn't have my slip, even though they have a copy and I showed them the exact time and date of the last transaction with them. Basically got told to hard to look into their book which has the copy of my invoice and work done. Refus... read more

My phone was broken screen would not turn on and then they put a new screen on and it still was not working fully so I went to Telstra to see what was happening and then they said if its not an Apple part then we can get a refund or they can send a part out so I went back to the shop and told them and they screamed at my face saying that no matter what screen they are putting on the phone won’t work and said they can’t give me a refund even tho they told me my phone was working everything was work but was not and he said don... read more

Got my iPhone 11 screen repaired + screen protector. Perfectly done job. Danny had good customer service.
