I was extremely happy with their services for several years, and felt secure in their handling of my tax issues. Then they just completely quit responding to my phone calls and emails in the middle of everything. I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them and they’ve left me hanging without resolving my tax problems. Are they even still open? Emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I’m pretty sure I still have money in my account for their services, but haven’t received a statement or a return call or email since 2019.
They are great we love them
I rate this company 1 star (it wouldn’t allow me to rate 0 stars)as I had them file taxes from several years back. They filed the taxes without even asking me about any deductions or write-offs. They couldn’t give me a quote at the beginning and had me pay $3000.00 to get started and asked for another $3000.00 two more times to finish filing the taxes so it cost me a whopping 9,000.00.
