I’ve been seeing Izador on and off for the past 12 months with lower back and hip pain. He quickly identified the problem mine being a pelvic tilt and got to work after one session I was realigned I will continue to see Izador and couldn’t recommend him higher!

I went for a massage yesterday with GERRARD, I arrived feeling pain, mentally & physically exhausted from dealing with ongoing hip bursitis. Gerrard used a combination of dry needling and massage and was able to release the area. Last night was the first time in weeks that I was able to sleep well and I have woken this morning feeling significantly better. Thank you Gerrard you have a true gift. 😀

I visited Fix my Muscles with a stiff lower/Mid back from my many activities. Jo my therapist found all the tight spots, including Hamstrings and Glutes and with amazing firm pressure was able to relieve my lower back stiffness, Jo then used cups on my lower back … this was amazing!! And I could feel it easing the stiffness in a short time… when I walked out of the clinic I was walking on pillows and my lower back was so much more supple.
