The staff were very friendly and willing to help. They fixed my cracked phone screen perfectly and within the hour. Will definitely come back again.
Got my iPhone repaired here for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The new screen lasted about 10 days and started to lift from the side so the adhesive was not stuck down properly and therefore the screen broke from looseness. These pelicans would not warrant the replacement of my screen Claiming that I Had damaged it absolute crap quality get what you pay for which is next to useless. Service is not very good or helpful. Warrantys arent worth a cent here

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I took my fully functional phone there to only have its battery replaced. What I received back was a broken phone. My display stopped working only a few hours after I got it back. They don't care about your business. There is '0' customer care service. Nobody answers their phone, no responses to our emails trying to have this resolved, the employees just cover up for their boss. We contacted Westfield office to advise them about their unfair trading practices and they told us they get complains... read more
